At Pupusería Casa María, every pupusa is handmade and pressed fresh to order — plate-sized, golden, and filled with the flavors of El Salvador. We've been feeding neighbors on the north side of Indianapolis with the kind of food that feels like a warm hug from someone's grandmother.

Our menu bridges two traditions: Salvadoran classics — pupusas, tamales, yuca frita, atol de elote — and beloved Mexican comfort food like burritos, tacos, and enchiladas verdes. Every plate comes with the care of a family kitchen, because that's exactly what this is.

Each pupusa is served with our house-made curtido (pickled cabbage slaw) and two homemade hot sauces. Simple. Honest. Delicious.
